What is the ELX community?

ELX is an invitation-only community for Global Heads of Events from the world's largest corporations.

Imagine visionaries, trailblazers, pioneers, trendsetters, intellectual adventurers and change-makers, all looking to shape the future of corporate events and resolve the most pressing challenges by starting with their own event programs.

We value collective intelligence that strengthens and amplifies the corporate event industry's impact, whilst building up our own positions as we excel even further in our respective roles.

Connect with senior event leaders from...

Unlock the power of community and explore what’s possible with four annual in-person events, monthly virtual Think Tanks and workshops, our community platform and an exclusive resource library.

We revolve around insights, new ideas and support from other leaders navigating major meetings and event programs.

The ELX community is where meaningful conversations and valuable connections occur - a safe space where all conversations operate under the Chatham House Rule.

  • "I’m excited about the opportunity to spend time with other event leaders. We are still recovering from the disruption the event industry experienced throughout the pandemic. We have an opportunity to be even more strategic and discard the things that didn’t serve us well and I think the congress will be a good opportunity to surface some of these opportunities and challenges."
